Return & Exchange Policy

There are 3 types of processes that can be exchanged for Exchange Policy.

 

  • From SISBURMA Experience Stores to Experience Store
  • From SISBURMA Online Purchase to Online Purchase
  • From SISBURMA Online Purchases to Experience Store

In-store Exchange Policy: 

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase, even in the case of an error on the store’s part.
  • Items can only be exchanged for items within the same category.
  • Items must not have any damages or removed tags.
  • A service charge of 1000 Kyats will be applicable for in-store exchanges.

Online Purchase to Online Purchase Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Only the same item can be exchanged.
  • Tags should not be removed, and the item must be in pristine condition.
  • Providing the name and phone number of the customer who made the purchase is necessary for the exchange process.

Delivery Charges:

  • Different charges apply for deliveries within cities.
  • Additional charges like packing box charges and return shipping charges may apply.
  • Return charges must be paid by the customer. 

Online Purchase to Experience Store Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Advance notification to Online Sales Representatives is required.
  • Only the same item can be exchanged, and tags must remain attached.
  • The item must not have any damage.
